Updated for 1.21 and changed the jump animation to stop the horse head from clipping into the player on servers which mess with the horses jump animation (like wynncraft)

Fixes the horse saddle glitching into the horse when rearing Removes the warning that this version is made for a newer version of mc on 1.20.3 to 1.20.0
