This release adds a functional tricorder (custom compass). I'm ridiculously pleased with how it turned out.
This release updates my custom items datapack and resourcepack! to be compatible with Minecraft 1.21.4 and its funky new custom model data syntax.

Additionally, this release adds a new carved pumpkin model: a wig to make a player (with a suitably blue skin) look like an Andorian.
This release contains no changes to the resourcepack (which is re-uploaded here for convenience), but now rather than there being multiple datapacks for different game versions, this release uses overlays to maintain compatibility across all supported versions, including 1.21 (though, note, not 1.20.6)
- All files have been run through an auto-linter for easier readability and maintainability
- An issue with a broken language file has been fixed
- Renames Lapis Lazuli (the item and related blocks) to "French Blue Stuff"
Resourcepack Changes
- The hermit egg models from iJevin's 2022 Hermitcraft Easter Egg Hunt have been added to the Chappeau Resourcepack, both as carved pumpkin variants as well as variants of, well, eggs (making them throwable!)
Datapack Changes
- Eggs are now "3D printable"
- Releases will now include both a datapack validated for 1.20.3+ and a "legacy" version that works with 1.20.1-
Turns out, quite a lot.
Due to changes in pack formats, several of the existing packs will no longer function on 1.20.4. Additionally, that update entirely broke the datapack "printing" functionality thanks to how custom names are stored in block and item NBT.

In addition to adding 1.20.4 support, this release:
- restores 3D printing and brewing functionality to the datapack (both old and new blocks and "gcode" paper will work).
- allows you to generate Totems of Iskall using paper named
iskall.gcode
- results in an ender pearl being called an "Ender Pearl" when using both the Moonescent Pearl and "Chappeau" datapack, so long as "Chappeau" is higher in priority
- Accounts for the name change of the "grass" block (not to be confused with the "grass block" block) to "short grass"
- Add Functions for "Printing" Hermit Totems, courtesy of u/BrazenWolf_ of the r/HermitCraft subreddit
- Updates the Steam Deck image
What's Changed
- Replaces the Oddish model with my own low-poly version
- Bugfix! 3D printers will no longer print to adjacent beds
- Turn stone and iron swords into sewing needles -- if you're not a knitter or have never been stabbed by one, trust me, they're sharp
- Updates the name of "Scarlet Pearl" to "5am Pearl"
