The Midnight Lurker

Changed the timer for the Lurker teleporting on all variants to be NBT so hopefully that fixes the crashing that I saw some people experiencing

Changed the "True Runaway" variant to disappear when being hit by the player

Changed the Nether variant to stop chasing the player if stared at and made the Nether variant scream less often

Made it so the Lurker cannot climb carpet

Added a config option for the Amnesia and Insanity effects so you can choose if you want them to be visible in the inventory

Hopefully fixed the Lurker trying to chase the player while stunned in newer MC versions
