Luna Slimes

• Updated to use FrozenLib 2.0.

• Ported to 1.21.4
• Slight optimizations
• Removed the scaled Slime and Magma Cube textures, as they caused issues more often than not.

• Slimes spawned by the Oozing effect now have a merging cooldown of 5 seconds to prevent them from instantly merging upon spawn.
• Small Magma Cubes will now drop Magma Cream upon death if Splitting is enabled.
