Luna Slimes

Ported to 1.21.2.

• Slimes spawned by the Oozing effect now have a merging cooldown of 5 seconds to prevent them from instantly merging upon spawn.
• Small Magma Cubes will now drop Magma Cream upon death if Splitting is enabled.
• Slightly optimized config getting.
