Fixes:
- Issues with loading incorrect texture related to saddled entities within experimental screen
- Missing translation key for gamerule

- Adjust screen button injection to be API driven allowing for compat of other entities and add support for horses inventory by default
- Adjust strict mode for Unique slot API to allow for changes to who has the slot bound to them in partial mode

Adjust Accessories Experimental screen to allow for more datapackablity to the various background textures for both Darkmode and Lightmode. Dose come with a slight performance increase in rendering time as well for the given screen.
