Updated True Survival to Minecraft 1.20.3 and 1.20.4
Compatibility for 1.20.2 (entity effect format changed). Updated pack format. No meaningful gameplay changes beyond fixing breaking changes.
-Added minor compatibility with Smithed datapacks and the True Survival crafting table. (Found issues where Smithed datapacks like TCC would override the crafter. This should be fixed.)
