Adjustments related to Distant Horizons, DH now have correct distant fog, unfortunately as unexperienced shader developer I dont know how to make it "dynamic", so its works best with 128 DH settings.
I also added options related to Scale Lines and Pixelization.
Now with DH Support, also some adjustments, still no config.
