Minimal UI

Exactly the same as the previous version, with creative tabs corrected for 1.19.3.

Note: these are changes from the old CurseForge version.

• Added a tiny shader from Vanilla Tweaks Dark UI to make some text white, removing the need for ugly solid boxes.
• Removed mod support for now. It's been a long time and compatibility needs to be rechecked.
