This adds emissive ore textures to 70 mods and vanilla
I have designed this resource pack to be highly compatible with different mod versions.
If you don't like certain textures being emissive for example coal ore then you can open up the resource pack and delete all mentions of that ore using the search bar. I personally remove coal ore as it can look brown when emissive with shaders turned on.

As of my current knowledge, NeoForge doesn't have any native mods that add support for emissive textures.
As a work around you can use the following:
