Damp and Icy Rock Texture Swaps

Un-swaps the sprites for the Damp Rock and Icy Rock.

The Heat Rock is a brown rock with red shards sticking out, and its counterpart, the Damp Rock, is... a frozen brown rock? Meanwhile, the Icy Rock is a brown rock with blue shards sticking out.

This seemingly mistaken swap has always been weird to me, so I thought I would make a quick, simple pack to fix that for Cobblemon.
