Makes the fight harder by changing how much damage the dragon recieves and how much health it has in total.

Base HP: 200 -> 1000

Resistance scaling:

• At 1000 HP: Level 0
• At 700 HP: Level 1
• At 400 HP: Level 2
• At 100 HP: Level 3
