how the mod works:

craft the Tool Leveling Table
put an enchantable item in the big middle slot
place enough Enchanted Books in the left slots (by default at least 4 books)
bookshelfs around the table increase the chance of success
special items in the right slots will result in more and higher level enchantments
press "Upgrade"

Recipe

The enchantment added to the tool will be picked from the books in the left slots.
