Tool Leveling+

how the mod works:

• craft the Tool Leveling Table
• put an enchantable item in the big middle slot
• place enough Enchanted Books in the left slots (by default at least 4 books)
• bookshelfs around the table increase the chance of success
• special items in the right slots will result in more and higher level enchantments
• press "Upgrade"

The enchantment added to the tool will be picked from the books in the left slots.
