GameRule
waterCreatureSpawnHeightFromBottomWorld
has been replaced withwaterCreatureSpawnSeaDepth
and no longer uses the bottom of the World and instead uses exact value, default is now -64. -
New GameRule
waterCreatureSpawnSeaHeight
- Allows the Maximum Height to be set to prevent spawning above a certain Height, default is 35
For Spawning to work correctly you must have a difference of at least 3 between the 2 GameRules

The Loot-tables aren't perfect
