Should be fairly stable now. Also, I don't know how client side only it is due to some of the things I had to rework for it to work on forge

Unfortunately, I could not get Forge to build correctly, so if anyone wants to try to fix it they can. It's on the "1.20.1 backport" branch

- Configs for heartbeat and stomach growling are now number values to control at what point in the health/hunger bar the sounds start playing
