Shrink Ray

This mod adds two new tools for resizing mobs.

The shrink ray halves a mobs size while the enlarge ray doubles it's size. So a player would shrink or grow by a block either way.

This mod does this with shrink and enlarge effects which can be applied seperetly like other effects.
