- Made client-side configuration accessible in server mode in the form of "local overrides".

- When the mod is loaded on a server, any clients joining that also have the mod will enter a "server mode".
- In "server mode", you can only edit your own armor settings, but they will sync and be visible to everyone else on the server.
- On servers that do not have the mod, classic behaviour is retained.

- Tweaked some mixins to use newer features, this could in theory increase performance.
