Made the mod work on 1.20.4-1.21.1

• Updated to 1.20 and 1.20.1
• Tall grass is now shorter
• Uses fabric api to ensure resources (textures) are loaded after minecraft itself. It's still completely client sided though

Initial release and probably only release of the mod for 1.18 unless there's somehow bugs/incompatibilities with this mod
