A quick update for 1.20.6!

Fixes an issue where the packet size was incorrect.

Command

Added a command that allows any op on the server to update the hash file.

/updatehash HASH by replacing HASH with your hash for your resource pack you can now update the hash while in game.

You will still need to re-log into the server to get the new resource pack.

Config file will be generated on player join or after running /checkhash command.
