Added commands for:
- PVP
- Online Mode
- Flight (Mojang's crappy anti cheat)
- Prevent Proxy Connections
- Player Idle Timeout
- Enforce Whitelist
- Difficulty Locked
/gamerule sc.simulationDistance: edit the server's simulation distance.
/gamerule sc.viewDistance: edit the server's view/render distance.
I plan to add more commands later, don't count on consistent updates though. I made this for a private server and only needed these two, but figured it'd be nice to be able to edit everything.
