- Fix Create mod causing Gliding to not work
- Change Gliding Enchantment to have a max level of 1, since after the creation of Wind Catching, max level has no effect on the function of the Enchantment
- Regular fire can now boost umbrellas along with campfires
- The blocks that boost Umbrellas are now determined via the tag
umbrellas:boosts_umbrellas
, meaning datapacks can add or remove blocks
- The blocks that boost Umbrellas are now determined via the tag
- Added Umbrella Durability (can be disabled in configs)
- An Umbrella can last a total of 10 minutes straight in the rain before breaking
- Umbrellas can now be enchanted with Unbreaking and Mending
- The function of the Gliding enchantment has been split into two enchantments
- Wind Catching (for boosting upwards in smoke)
- There is now an achievement for getting a Wind Catching Umbrella, like the one for Gliding Umbrellas
- Gliding (for slow falling)
- Wind Catching (for boosting upwards in smoke)
- When falling with an Umbrella, the player now moves their arm up (basically lets you more accurately roleplay as Mary Poppins)
- This is purely visual and has no effect on gameplay
- Added 5 new additional Umbrella designs
- These designs are crafted with new recipes.
- They're meant to have a specific look not obtainable with Umbrella Patterns, so they cannot be dyed/patterned
- Most of them come from back when this was a private mod for a specific server, and some people got themselves personal Umbrella designs. I decided that, rather than let them go to waste, they should be added to the public version of the mod
- These designs include:
- Animals Umbrella
- An Umbrella with an Axolotl and a Calico Cat sitting on it
- Azalea Umbrella
- A giant Flowering Azalea, large enough to function as an Umbrella
- Galactic Umbrella
- An Umbrella with Planets dangling down from strings
- Gothic Umbrella
- A gothic-inspired, fancy-looking Umbrella
- Jellyfish Umbrella
- A poor jellyfish that's been impaled on a spike, and now functions as an Umbrella
- Animals Umbrella
- Added Umbrella Stands, which basically allow for placeable umbrellas in builds
- They of course also shelter entities from light
- Reworked the entire system for umbrella customization:
- Standard dyeable umbrellas can be combined with any banner to create a "patternable" umbrella
- Regular dyeable umbrellas remain the same and can still be dyed any RGB color
- Patternable umbrellas are just named after the banner you used, e.g. Umbrella + Blue Banner -> Blue Umbrella
- Looms can be used to apply Umbrella Patterns to patternable umbrellas
- There are equivalents to all vanilla banner patterns, as well as some special new ones
- There are some umbrella patterns that require items to access (similarly to vanilla banner patterns)
- Almost all umbrella pattern items can simply be crafted from their banner pattern counterparts, e.g. Globe Banner Pattern -> Globe Umbrella Pattern
- The only exception is the pride umbrella pattern item, which is crafted with Paper + Glow Ink Sac
- This pattern allows access to all pride flag patterns, rather than just one
- Pride umbrellas have been removed, due to having been replaced by pride flag umbrella patterns
- The mod will attempt to migrate pride umbrella item IDs to regular umbrellas
- Standard dyeable umbrellas can be combined with any banner to create a "patternable" umbrella
- (From PneumonoCore) Massively improved configuration screen, including icons that provide more information about the configuration itself
- Fixed bug where instead of checking if you were in the sun and not holding an Umbrella, the mod would check if you were in the sun and HOLDING AN UMBRELLA OH MY GOD
- I want to like, publicly apologise for having this level of stupidity I mean really this is just unforgivable
- Updated PneumonoCore version
- Fixed bug where polysexual pride flag umbrellas had the wrong recipe
- Fixed bug where, if Enchantment Glint was enabled in the configs, all Umbrellas would have a glint regardless of whether they were enchanted
- Added a lot of new config options
- Pride Umbrellas can now be disabled
- Whether Campfire Boosting and Slow Falling are applied always, only with gliding, or never is now configurable
- Whether Umbrellas have a visible enchantment glint is now toggleable client-side
- Added issues link to fabric.mod.json
- Removed duplicate recipe advancements
If anyone has existing worlds with Pride Flag Umbrellas, please make sure to enable them in the config before opening your world!!!
