- Recipes now function, broke after the blockids were changed

- Added a recipe for lockpicks
- Holding a broken lock in your offhand, and using a lockpick in your mainhand, you are able to decode some of that locks keys. (once per broken lock)
Complete Rework
- A forge bug was discovered that broke the right click block event. Due to this I was forced to switch from padlocks that worked on all block entities. To creating lockboxes. The padlock system is still the same, it just no longer outside of the mods built-in storage.
