Create Support for Open Parties and Claims

Separated extension into 2 variants to support 1.20-only changes in porting-lib used by create.

• Added support for the improvements in 0.22.0.

• Updated to Create 0.5.1.b and now require it.

• Added support for the improved contraption protection in OPAC version b0.17.6.

• Added super glue protection support.

• Fixed compatibility with Create 0.5.0. Now also requires it.
• Added proper support for the Create mod's deployer block.
