NOTE: As of Minecraft 1.20.2 this mod is obsolete. Mojang added a feature to the base game that can be toggled to disable the narrator hotkey. In the accessibility settings you can find a setting called "Narrator Hotkey", if you disable it the narrator will no longer toggle with the CTRL+B hotkey. I wont be updating this mod to newer versions of Minecraft, because it's now useless.
