MoreOres Plus

This mod adds 3 new ores: Enderite, found in the End, with every Enderite tool and sword, that has a 50/50 chance to teleport you using right click. Next ore is Featherite, found in the End with its tools and sword, granting full invisibility with right click. Finally, Dragonite, found in the Nether, creates all the tools and sword, that launches a Dragon FireBall using right click. Custom items are the Dimension Shifter, that lets you travel across dimensions and the Dragon Wings.
