More Stick Variants (MStV)

• Add Spruce Sticks to the relevant tags for them to be usable in all Stick recipes like all other Stick Variants

• Implement compatibility with Quad, fixing the recipes for Activator Rail, Brush, Crossbow, Powered Rail, Rail and Tripwire Hook (They can now be crafted with all Stick variants as intended, even with Quad installed.)
