Note on Java

You need Java 21 now (because 1.21 is compiled with Java 21)

• Added two new configs: sector_gradation (solid colour, like in the gallery, or gradient, like in the original mod), and darkened_background (have a dark background like other GUI screens, or nah)
• Internally rebranded to KeybindsGalorePlus
• Recompiled with Java 17; fixes the "Unsupported class version" crash (thanks @Racoocoo!)
