This update is mainly for FantasyMC modpack due to it's scaling, not recommended if you dont have scaling mobs
- Changed all modifiers original modifiers to be positive, legendary and unique chance reduced -> overall a big buff to all modifiers
- Wizards mod's wands and staves are now using the same modifiers
Updated dependency & attribute ids -> Now no longer need Pufferfish's Skills
Fixed some small issues

Changes:
- Changed attribute names(from Obscure API): Penetration -> Armor Pen, Critical Hit -> Critical Chance
- Added trident tag into melee and ranged modifiers
- Added 24 new melee modifiers
- Tweaked wands/staffs modifiers
- Added Miner modifier (rare)
Chaotic modifiers:
- Added Anti-Gravity, Aquatic, Swift to Boots
- Added Guardian, Shadowguard to Chestplates
Nerfs:
- Ranged weapons modifiers in critical chance but in exchange for durability, critical damage is added

Changes:
- Added Reforging support for Archers mod's bows & crossbows (New Required Dependency) Added new modifiers specifically for Archers' armors (12 new modifiers focusing on what archers need. Since they dont have a unique tag, it will be somewhat hard to get)
- Added new modifiers for Paladins & Priests' wands/staves/armor/weapons (The situation above also applies to the paladin's armors) (New Required Dependency) Changed Obscure API's Healing Power name into Regen Power (increase how many hearts you regen) -> 3 new modifiers for Paladins & Priests armors (Epic, Legendary, Unique -> 1 for each) Added 14 new modifiers for claymore/great hammer/mace (3 Common, 3 Uncommon, 2 Rare, 2 Epic, 2 Legendary, 2 Unique) Added 14 new modifiers for wands/staves (3 Common, 3 Uncommon, 2 Rare, 2 Epic, 2 Legendary, 2 Unique)
- Replaced Tieredz's Critical Chance with Obscure API's Critical Hit (New Required Dependency)
- Replaced Movement Speed on Elytra with Elytra Rocket Speed (New Required Dependency)
- Added 12 new modifiers for all armors (more offensive modifiers)
Nerfs:
- Spellbound (5->3 but atk damage decrease from -0.85 to -0.65), Absolute Zero, Eldritch, Phoenix (3->2) modifier
