Just Another Rotten Flesh to Leather Mod

Update to 1.21.3

• Support for Minecraft 1.21

Also finally gave in and provide a Fabric version of this mod.

The fabric version is currently missing the configurable "hard_mode" feature, for requiring 4x the rotten flesh per leather.

Fix Bug: Minecraft 1.20.2 would not load when JEI and JRFTL were installed (only effects the Forge Version).

Support NeoForge and automatically unlock recipes in the recipe book.

Avoid error message in the log when joining a world without hardmode

Updated code to work with 1.20.2 and up.

Note: This mod only works on MC 1.20.2 and 1.20.4. Minecraft 1.20.3 is not supported.
