Adds block that emits redstone power, which can be controlled with requests from HTTP server.
Config options:
- port - port of HTTP server (25572 by default)
- hostname - port of HTTP server (0.0.0.0 by default)
- addressToClipboard - address that will be copied by right clicking on Redstone Receiver with shift (when empty (by default) it uses server ip and server's port option in config)
