- Wrote a proper item tag generator - hopefully that's the end of broken tags!
- Now "no optional dependencies detected" message won't appear with only Botania installed.
- Added "mod loaded" conditions to recipes to decrease the amount of exceptions thrown when a dependency is missing.

- Added a warning when a player plays with Hephaestus 1.20.1-3.6.3.241.
- Fixed log spam caused by leftover LOGGER.info in BangBangModifier.
- Bumped required Fabric and Hephaestus version.

- Added Botania materials for tool parts, together with their traits.
- Added a new Carmot Shield ability (adds +2 Carmot Shield to an armor piece).

tagged blocks as optional. - Changed the
isHammer
/isCrook
mixins so that they fall back to FabricaeExNihilo code.
Hotfix: Now tool tags load properly when FabricaeExNihilo is missing.
