Finally update to 1.21 and 1.21.1

Note: this does not work for MC 1.21.3, that will be supported in the next update.

Updated for Minecraft 1.20.2 and 1.20.4

There is currently no support for 1.20/1.20.1 as 1.20.2 introduced incompatible changes to recipe serialization. If you would like to use this mod on 1.20 or 1.20.1, please add a Comment so I can see if there is interest in supporting these versions.
