Extended block shapes

• Fixed the issue that some blocks lack tags such as minecraft:mineable/pickaxe.
• Fixed the issue that walls of non-mineable/pickaxe blocks are pickaxe-mineable.
• Fixed the correct recipes of slabs and stairs of pattered wools in Blockus mod.
• Fixed the issue that some blocks of pattered wools in Blockus are not shears-mineable.
• Fixed the issue that herringbone cherry planks blocks cannot be charred into relevant charred planks blocks.
• Fixed the identifying of mining tools of blocks during data generation.
• For versions 1.20 and above, ore blocks can now be crafted into Blockus ore brick blocks.
