Changes:

• changed RADIAL and CYLINDRICAL layer types to INNER_RADIAL and INNER_CYLINDRICAL
• added OUTER_RADIAL and OUTER_CYLINDRCAL layer type.
• modification of place moment in the constructor method

• file verification would always happend instead of the first time of launching a world
• cylinder gen would wrongly generates when no rotation is present
