Adds Energized Repeaters and Energized Potions (and fixes a few bugs). This update requires 1.19.3, because of registry changes. I may backport to 1.19.2 if requested.
Gets Directions from util.math rather than client.render.WorldRenderer (Oops! This crashes on servers). Thanks to sibsy-folk for the PR.
Supports 1.19 and 1.19.1 in stead of just 1.19.2.
