Unfortunately a mod I use for dependencies (Reach Entity Attributes) isn't updated so I can't update the mod to 1.20.3 or 1.20.4 yet. In the meantime, I'm attempting to use a different config mod.

Backported v1.1.13 to Minecraft version 1.19.2 (was previously up to date at Minecraft v1.20.1)
Overall changes I've made since then:
- Adjusted life steal values
- Add support for cloth config and mod menu to disable enchantments
- Sniper - new enchantment for bows, deals more damage the further away from the target you are
- Mystic Mind - new enchantment for helmets, teleports the user a few blocks away if they are hit below 3 hearts, works similarly to chorus fruit
- Storm Strike - new enchantment for bows, has a chance of summoning lightning when you hit a target with an arrow
- Moonwalker - rework, no longer has a keybind to activate, constantly gives speed and jump boost level 1 while wearing, activates high level jump boost every few seconds, with a cooldown of 20 seconds still
- Potion effects are fixed on servers
- Life steal no longer crashes games when you attack certain entities like players, boats, etc.
- Hiker is now uncommon instead of rare
- Added excavator enchantment
- Fix bug with night vision flashing
- Reworked how enchantments are disabled, this should prevent crashes (especially on servers), and improve how disabled enchantments are handled in game
