Empire Minecraft Utilities v2.4.0-alpha.1 (formerly known as v2.3.2) for 1.17.1 and 1.18-rc1 is now released! "Add Forge release & fix vault alignment"
Surprise! Between now and the last release, emcutils has been ported to Architectury. What this means is that the mod can now support Forge and Fabric simultaneously.
As a result, Architectury API is now required. It can be downloaded for Fabric or Forge.
This release also fixes a bug where the highlights for the vault were misaligned with the actual location of the slots. Have fun!
KNOWN ISSUE WHERE VAULT DOES NOT OPEN. DO NOT UPDATE.

- Generally fixed compatibility with EasierChests and other chest-related mods by using a vanilla implementation of screen handlers instead of a custom one
- Fixed radar and cave mode disabling on Xaero's World Map/Minimap
- Fix general compatibility by getting rid of Overwrite mixins
Requires Fabric Loader 0.12.4 or higher - some new mixin features are used which is only available in 0.12.x. If you're using the new Minecraft Launcher on Windows, make sure to use Fabric Installer 0.9.0.
Also requires Fabric API as always. Mod Menu and VoxelMap are suggested but not required. Xaero's World Map and Minimap support is still experimental and prone to breaking.
Known issues:
- The world name detection has been temporarily removed from Xaero's integration due to a crash I can't figure out
- The placement of the player inventory when opening the vault looks very weird, especially with EasierChests. Working on a fix for this, but it might take a while.
- Residence collection (and thus cross-server teleportation and residence teleportation from minimap) may still be broken? Not too sure on this one, but Unoski reported this a while ago and I still haven't been able to figure out why it's an issue.
- I haven't been able to track down the source of Dras' issue, so that might still be a thing.
This update adds integration with Xaero's World Map and Xaero's Minimap. This also fixes the /location command not giving any output, as well as some unnecessary failed mixin messages. The Xaero's teleportation is slightly buggy, with it just deciding not to work sometimes. I am unable to figure out why, though.
Tried porting the VoxelMap integrations over to Xaero's. Teleportation can be a bit funky but otherwise it works as intended.
- update deps, add quiltflower (wafflecoffee)
- [release] v2.2.0: New config option for bad connections; temporary command/world fix; buildscript improvement; license headers (wafflecoffee)
Say we have the scenario of /home 1 on smp1 and /home 2 on smp2 if the player were to do /home while on smp2, it would send them to their second home normally, but without this fix, it sends them to smp1
- remove anything to do with chatAlertsOn/chatAlertsEnabled
- all IDE warnings are gone
- get rid of 3 of 6 mixin warnings
- only run voxelmap integrations if voxelmap is present
- get rid of test command
Various tiny other improvements as well.
Configurable from Mod Menu. :)
An internal dependency has also been removed.
Works with 1.17+.
This release may be especially prone to bugs.
The config system has been moved from Cloth Config to MidnightConfig.
Previous configuration values set will not take effect; please use Mod Menu to set them again.
The code for the config system is now a heck of a lot cleaner, and the jar has gone down from 751.4 KiB to 193.6 KiB because MidnightConfig is just so tiny! It's great.
This jar shrink is also in part thanks to EnnuiL's Detonater program, which makes images and json files smaller thanks to magic.
This release removes the requirement to have Fabric API. Only Mod Menu is required now. There were also other miscellaneous small improvements done.
Nasty vault bug is 100% fixed! Massive thank you to djlawler for your help in getting this update pushed out.
- vaults no longer crash, they're just empty
- read changelog for v2.0.0-alpha.1; same notes, barring the first one
Known issue: opening vault crashes the game.
Also, all VoxelMap integrations are temporarily disabled.
The mod also tries to work on every non-EMC server, due to some oddities.
Allow for multi-user configurations.
This will break all current installations. This issue can be resolved by deleting the current emc_utils.json config file.
Also fixes chat buttons
"Point-and-click" on a residence to teleport to it. Automatic detection of world, as well. Should fix some bugs too.
fixes occasional crashes when typing /vault <page>
