Elemental Effects Badges (EleBadges) [Cobblemon Addon]

• Added Advancements for all 72 Badges.
• Added new textures for the Minecraft themed Badges.
• Badge Effects now are dependent on how many Badges the player owns of the same type (based on advancements), with the most powerful effects activating when the player owns all the Badges of that type.

Added BadgeBox compatibility. Ground Badge 4 is now named the Ore Badge.
