Temporarily removed sand cave vines in hope of fixing a frame drop issue with said caves
fixed another minor issue that you really shouldnt worry about

trial chambers were not generating in Dusk Biomes biomes
- added Lithostitched as an optional dependency
- villages are now added with Lithostitched
- desert and mesa water colors have been adjusted to be inline with the warm rivers
- Updated Biolth version (this should fix the crash)
