This change fixes the following known bugs:

Player names aren't rendered when firing the laser

Players are not able to travel across dimensions (via portals) while firing the laser

Turret physical damage is now its own damage type (no longer 'mob') so as to potentially avoid cases where another mod may assume that the attacking entity using the 'mob' damage type is an instance of a living entity (which the laser entity isn't).

Turrets that don't have an owner will no longer target players that are in creative mode.

Turrets that don't have an owner are no longer wrenchable and cannot have their targeting options adjusted by players in survival.
