This is a bug fix for CapeTweaks.
- Adapt CapeTweaks to work with Minecraft 1.19.
- Change the Minecraft Festival 2022 filter to show 2023 instead.
This is an update to CapeTweaks.
- Added cape filtering
- Removed freely-swung capes because they were not achieving the desired effect.
This version was compiled against Minecraft 1.18-pre1 and requires Java 17.
