Added a Movement Recovery Factor config option, and buffed its default value
- Will allow you to speed up or slow down the recharge of rolls
- Current value : 1
- Value in older versions : 0.6 (slower to recharge)

- When turned on, you won't be able to use the roll ability, unless you're using or equiping an item providing extra Movement Recovery
