The mod adds a stamina bar. When breaking blocks, hitting mobs, while running and jumping, stamina is spent. Stamina is always restored in 13 - 23 seconds.
If the player lacks stamina, he will suffer from slowness, weakness, and the miner's curse.
To increase stamina, you need to spend it. For every 50 Stamina spent, gain +1 Max Stamina.
