Better Enchantment Boosting

Aurora's Deco candle chandeliers now boost the enchanting table.

• Changes to data attachments for enchanting boosters:
  • Removed betterenchantmentboosting:candle and betterenchantmentboosting:chiseled_bookshelf
  • Added betterenchantmentboosting:activation, which candle cakes now use.
  • Added betterenchantmentboosting:activation_count which anything in the betterenchantmentboosting:groupable_candles tag now uses.
  • Added betterenchantmentboosting:inventory which chiseled bookshelves now use.
• Added the betterenchantmentboosting:groupable_candles tag; candles from other mods are no longer automatically compatible.
• Added the betterenchantmentboosting:enchantment_influencers tag for blocks that can influencing the enchanting table.
• Added compatibility with Aurora's Deco shelves and wall candles (the latter already had compatibility but it's now done through the groupable_candles tag).
• Fixed unlit candles boosting the enchanting table.
• Fixed options to enable treasure enchants and curses for enchantment influencing being inverted internally.
• Fixed suppressed crash when no valid enchantments are found for enchantment influencing.

Fixed crash with Easy Magic

• Now requires Quilt Loader and Quilt Standard Libraries
• Update to 1.20
• Candle enchanting power can no longer be configured
• Candle boosting can no longer be disabled
• Chiseled Bookshelves now provide enchanting power (1/6 per slot filled)
• Enchanted Books in Chiseled Bookshelves can now be used to influence the enchanting table (disabled by default)
• Known issue: Crashes with Easy Magic

• For developers: Got rid of Enchantment Power registry and replaced it with "enchantment_boosting" tag and EnchantmentTablerBooster interface.

• Fixed crash with BCLib
• Any blocks added to the c:bookshelfs tag will now be registered to the enchantment power registry automatically.
• Any blocks added to the betterenchantmentboosting:non_bookshelf_blocking tag will not block bookshelves from boosting the enchanting table.
