Fixed some issues by removing a mixin that use to be necessary for projectiles to work, also changed the skin of the evil mage
(scanned with the cf infection checker but I assume itll be checked again as well)

updated 1.18.2 ace to use race4ace fixes
another build based around RACE (basically a "fork" of ACE for a mopack, but pretty much the exact same right now) this is mainly for the fixes added, this also adds a command in /race cast (spellname) for operators, and if you have PlayerEx installed, damage scalles with "ranged damage" (a bonus on dexterity)

technically this is a build of RACE4ACE but at this point in time, they are the same thing, and I've fixed a lot of bugs in RACE
apart from that, as a temporary measure, if you have PlayerEX installed, spell damage scales with dexterity via Ranged_Damage
evil mages now target players
now works for 1.18.1 and evil mages target players
updated to 1.18.2 re added evil mages
fixed memento and added some really bad potion effect textures
