Fixes:
- Issues with groups not being properly sized and or hidden due to not checking if unused slots are hidden
- Fix issues with error handling returning instead of skipping the given element for Slot Type loading
- Fix the issue with namespace restriction for slot type loading
- Fix the problem with configuration adjustments to slot size being applied in the incorrect area
- Fix issues with extending the EquipmentSlot and type variant enum
