Update to 1.21.7
- Disables warden sculk spreading when mobGriefing is set to false
- Avoids a few edge cases where compass tracking would pick up on non-mob entities (or players in creative mode)
- Moves the position of the compass tracking sound effect so that it is in the direction of the mob being tracked. This means that even in situations where the particles aren't visible, you can track your target using the directional audio (or the direction the subtitles point in).

tag to a warden will prevent it from spreading sculk where it walks
Upgrades warden aquatic abilities: they now swim faster and can't drown
- Adds an advancement for the recovery compass
- Prevents recovery compasses from tracking players in spectator mode.
- Organizes and optimizes functions (e.g. using predicates)
- Adjusts recovery compass particle positions and effect volume
Updates recovery compass tracking to not detect dropped items, boats, minecarts, etc.
