No HFD Load Popups

Disables the "Loaded succesfully!" chat pop-ups that appear when using my packs. Great for when you have a lot installed and the pop-ups get overbearing.

If the pop-ups still appear, disable the datapack and then run the command:

/datapack enable "[NLP]" last
