New Height Limit for Overworld Dimension.

1999!

I'm at y=2000 in Overworld.

You can build under bedrock now.

You can survive in Survival mode.

I'm below Bedrock, below y=-64.

The lowest y is y=-2000 in Overworld.

I'm at Y=-1999, in survival mode.

Also works in the nether dimensions, but the lowest y is y=0.

And of course At The End too. :D
